How can we help students collaborate more effectively?

Really excited to share two new studies from CLICK alums on ways to support student collaboration! Kayley Lyons et al. used design-based research to develop, study, and refine Collabucate, a web-based tool for fostering social regulation of learning. Read more about the tool and the development process here: CLICK.

Nikki Lobczowski et al. studied how argumentation and social regulation of learning occurred in small-groups of high-school students engaged in science tasks. You can learn more about their findings, including how argumentation and regulation differed across instances of challenging versus building understanding. CLICK
